Job Description
We are looking for a capital raiser with experience in residential, multi-family and retail real estate, to work within our private development department to seek and find new sources of financing for a wide range of real estate projects, among which we manage home development in Miami, Santiago & Dubai, placement of variable income products from our income fund, & capital raising for specific precious metals businesses in Dubai.
Description of role and key responsibilities
Role
Seek and find new sources of financing for new real estate developments, Origination, execution and maintenance of principally private client property lending & new teal estate developments, at Miami, USA, Santiago CHILE, and Dubai EAU.
Responsibilities
Build relationships with existing & target clients to maximize lending origination; Plan and initiate contact with key introducers and prospects; Proactively work with IBCI colleagues to promote the banks lending capability across our target market; Deliver to a personal origination budget as part of the Lending Team; Hold and attend meetings with existing clients, prospective clients and introducers to identify and address lending opportunities; Critical analysis of lending propositions and their suitability in line with the lending criteria and appetite of IBCI, Preparation of credit applications, including the required level of research and due diligence with respect to the verification of the main facets of a proposition, such that key areas of risk are appropriately identified and mitigated; Presentation of credit applications to key stakeholders for approval; Working with a Portfolio Manager in: overseeing the drafting of relevant Facility Letters and documentation in line with the Credit Minute, ensuring all conditions have been documented correctly; Management of deals through to drawdown, including any subsequent draw downs, ensuring all conditions continue to be met; Managing existing loans and relationships; Pro-active notification to clients of debt servicing requirements, along with monitoring and chasing as appropriate; Effective management of any excesses or expired limits; Carry out reviews of existing facilities as required per the approval conditions. Deal with day-to-day client queries; Maintain a good understanding of the regulatory environment and how the rules and guidance impact the role, follow all applicable internal compliance considerations and appropriate processes, policies and procedures; To act with integrity at all times
Core Skills and knowledge
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal, Spanish & English); Good knowledge of the US, CHILE, EAU, property market; Experience of lending to individuals and their corporate structures with a demonstrable understanding of what constitutes relevant financial and non-financial data in an appraisal of any such transaction; An ability to critically appraise the strengths and weaknesses of a lending proposition, identifying key risks and appropriately mitigating; Experience of reading and interpreting financial accounts; A general awareness of lending procedures, rise equity, including credit and drawdown related matters; Ability to learn quickly and react to client requirements within the appetite parameters of IBCI, Team player with the ability to build relationships both externally and internally; Ability to follow all relevant compliance considerations including a good awareness of the regulatory environment; Solid general administration skills; Ability to deal with demanding clients and work within tight deadlines; The potential and desire to develop within the business.

Gran Caudal investment Spa – Headquarters in Dubai is a reputed and leading multi-lingual rapidly growing company that offers a growing portfolio such as Real Estate, lending, rise capital. We are looking for an experienced and energetic “Capital rise Development Manager” With extensive experience in rising capital in the same industry. As an ideal candidate, you must be a self-starter, a consistent performer, and can work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- To talk to clients to raise capital for new projects.
- To meet the sales & revenue objectives of new and existing customers in the same industry.
- To analyze and provide relevant feedback on competitor products and services.
- Conduct regular client visits for relationship building.
- Achieve budgeted sales and service targets within acceptable risk standards.
- Manage a designated portfolio of customer relationships to identify and address customer needs, ensuring that
the overall service provided is in line with customer expectations and the terms of the service offer. - Prepare customer/sales plans to ensure each relationship is managed according to the customer’s needs and
potential, regularly reviewing the customer portfolio to assess future needs and ongoing fee/income potential. - Visit business areas and introduce the services and secure the clients. (Outbound)
- Calling different companies and asking about providing financial services and generating leads. Conducting
meetings with interested clients and giving a presentation. - Arrange meetings between clients and Companys consultants, Senior Manager, and CEO for understanding the
actual clients needs. - Making proposals for interested clients with the help of a Professional Accountant and Business Analyst.
- Develop new business opportunities to meet trends. Implement strategic sales plans, and market analysis to
identify customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates. - Stay current with client needs, competition, and industry trends. Deliver sales presentations/proposals to
prospective clients with a successful closing rate. - Responsible for sales/marketing and advertising campaigns.
Job Requirements:
- 3-10 years of working experience in UAE, India, UK, or Latin America, from the same industry (Lending,
Rise capital Set-up) - Sales/Closing skills and ability to multi-task/ customer negotiations skills
