Andrés, is the president of Gran Caudal Investments, Architect; Real estate developer, with extensive experience, for more than 25 years, in the general management of Real Estate Projects in various areas of development, such as housing, retail, warehouses, multifamily and industrial, with more than USD195MM developed. He is also skilled financing and capital management, land acquirement, construction development and subsequent assets sale. This process has allowed him to work in different areas of the economy, in Chile, Peru, and lately at EAU, and the United States. Today we are to expanding our company and activities worldwide, in order to use our experience in the creation of new businesses, adding value and creating new commercial relationships, with people and companies seeking for growth and a vision to opening towards new markets.

The company he leads also managed various businesses in other areas such as precious metals, investment funds, capital markets, country debt, through international brokers and investment platforms for family investment funds in Chile, EAU, Colombia, US and Peru.
